HGR Construction is currently underway with the Publix at Paramount, Publix's first urban site in downtown Orlando. Situated on the ground floor of a "Hi-Rise" mixed-use condominium building, Publix at Paramount is located on Central Avenue adjacent to Lake Eola in Downtown Orlando. This Publix will be approximately 30,000 square feet and will provide parking below grade with elevators serving the Publix space. The projected grand opening is tentatively scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2008.

HGR broke ground on this 2 story, 19,500 square foot office building on June 25, 2007. It is on High Tech Avenue in Orange County, Florida. Cuchaci & Peterson Architects, LLC are the architects of this 1.8 acre site, Richard Heinkel is the Principal in charge, Barry Wilemon and Robert Kelly are the Project Superintendens. Including total site improvements, this impressive building promises to be a beautiful addition to the Orange County landscape.

Richard Heinkel is the Principal in charge and Barry Wilemon is the Project Manager. The three story, 24,000 SF building will consist of painted stucco exterior finsh with horizontal banded windows. The floor plans will be laid out in quadrants, with each quadrant available for lease or purchase. The facility sits on 8 acres. Construction is anticipated to break ground in Summer 2007.

Altos Plaza HGR Construction, Inc. was recently awarded the pre-construction services contract for the Publix Supermarket build out in the twenty-two story, twin-tower Altos Plaza, soon to be the hottest mixed-use development in the heart of Miami. Located in Little Havana, Altos Plaza is being developed by veteran real estate developer, Miguel Angel Barbagalo, principal of B Developments, whose company is a leader in affordable, mixed-use, ruban in-fill developments throughout South Florida and Argentina. The building's design is the creation of architects Behar Font and Partners, and offers unobstructed panoramic views of the downtown Miami skyline, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables. Consisting of 335 residential units in a mixed-use atmosphere, Altos Plaza represents the culmination of years of planning, which will become a key factor in the revitalization of Little Havana. |
