Project Information:
  

Project consists of the tear down and construction of a new 54.4 s.f. Publix, with canopies and adjacent retails and site work. Trades will include Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Awnings, Rough Carpentry, Built-Up Roofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Storefronts, Drywall, Flooring, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Publix is to be constructed in a 120 day duration. Working hours will be 2 shifts, with two full, seperate crews/forman (1st 7-3:30 and 2nd 2:30-10:30) Mon-Sat and (10am-6pm) on Sundays.
